Return Policy

Ready-made bracelets are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
